Did you know that making marshmallows is an art form? Come visit Indiana Artisan Chef Alexa Lemley in her 240sweet Studio to watch a demonstration of how she hand-crafts gourmet marshmallows and sample flavors. In 2010, Chef Alexa was the Artist in Residence at the Indiana State Museum. Her over 150 flavors of puffs are considered one of the best examples of handmade art produced in the Hoosier State. 240sweet puffs have been featured in O, the Oprah Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings, and Family Circle Magazine.

Interactive Art of Marshmallow Making Private Class

In this hands-on class, Chef Alexa Lemley will not only teach you how to make marshmallows but also how to cut, powder, and bag some that you take home! Learn how to make an at-home version of gourmet marshmallows from start to finish. Learn about the history of marshmallows and sample some 240sweet puffs during this fun-filled demonstration.

15 person capacity and 10 person minimum
Ages 12 and up. One adult for every five persons under 18.

The Art of Making Marshmallows Private Class 

Chef Alexa Lemley will demonstrate how to make she makes her gourmet marshmallows and share instructions with you on how to make a version of them in your own home. Learn about the history of marshmallows and sample some 240sweet puffs during this fun demonstration.
