Baked S'mores Dip

Looking for a great Valentine's Day dessert to serve your sweetie?
We suggest that you serve this romantic s'more dip for fun. Pick you favorite marshmallow flavor and combine it with your choice of white, dark, or milk chocolate chips.

Baked S'mores Dip
adapted from a recipe by Christina Lane

1 cup chocolate chips
10 240sweet Artisan Marshmallows Petite Puffs
graham crackers for serving

Preheat the oven to 450.

In a 6" mini cast iron skillet, add the chocolate chips. Top chips with single layer of 240sweet Artisan Marshmallows Petite Puffs.

Once the oven is up to temperature, put the skillet into the oven. Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden brown.

Serve with graham crackers for scooping.
